What do you prefer on cold chilly rainy evenings ? I love to watch the rain, as it pours cats and dogs.I love to cuddle a mug of sweet Indian style chai, with a strong hint of basil to sip and soothe. Thankfully the tropics pour often giving me enough opportunity for the Tulsi tea often. I do various combos of basil/ tulsi in the teas. I personally like to combo of the strong holy basil and the fragrant thai basil together. the combination of the mild black tea and the milk keeps it calming as the lightning strikes and thunder roars.
