This green bean, roasted vegetables and almond salad featured as part of a Mediterranean evening. And even if I say so myself it went perfectly with the cumin roasted carrots with feta, fresh greek pitta, roasted aubergine with saffron yoghurt and other yummies that night. And since I was hosting guess who got 'lumped' with all the leftovers. Oh, what a hard, hard life.
