Introducing you to a2 milk
My sister has a problem with regular cow’s milk. She drinks it and her digestion goes AWOL. She has never actually been diagnosed with lactose intolerance, but she tends to stick to alternatives like soya milk. So I have been interested in checking out other forms of milk for her like a2 milk.
