This was the DB’s challenge for August and I had so much fun experimenting with shapes using the basic choux pastry which I previously did for my cream puffs. Filling was vanilla cream cheese. Would have opted for vanilla pastry cream if not for the fact that I spotted half a block of cream cheese lying in the fridge! Hah…
