It has been a good 3-4 years?? Since I last made macarons. Did about 50 batches before I decided that it was indeed too much. Macarons have loads of sugar in them. But the good thing is you’re probably only going to eat 1-2 ( or perhaps 3-4 or maybe 5-6 ) macarons at a go before you find yourself…
