Hello guys! Happy Veganuary! Being vegan for a month is definitely something that you should try – I am sure that many of you will decide to stay vegan for a bit longer. We are here to help all of you that are still wondering what to eat, that doesn’t contain any animal products. People are constantly asking me what can they eat if they decide to go vegan. They are really confused and can’t really imagine a life without cheese, milk or beef. The thing that I always say is that it’s better to concentrate on the things that you can actually eat not on these that you can’t eat. This will set your focus into the right direction – and you will discover a new world. The world of vegetables, seeds, nuts, fruits, legumes etc. is so colorful and exciting. You can actually let your imagination fly and enjoy the new flavors that will become your best friends. Learning a new habit takes time, and every beginning is a bit bumpy.
