I don’t know about you but I’m a huge snacker. I always find myself having to munch on something. I used to reach for those so called “healthy” granola bars (loaded with unnecessary sugar), a bagel with cream cheese (simple carbs=spike in blood sugar levels=acne), and/or the occasional fruit salad (different types of high glycemic fruits didn’t cooperate with my stomach nor skin).
