Following my previous recipe explaining how to make Beetroot Pasta, I'm sharing with you today what I made with the Beetroot Ravioli. I filled them with Ricotta, Goats Cheese and Mint, and simply serve it with a Lemon Brown Butter, Rocket and Pistachios.
