Tomato, cucumber and Quorn Meat Free Chicken Pieces cooked in a light creamy sauce. This recipe is perfect for a Summer lunch or dinner. You can serve it with pasta or rice. I adapted this recipe from a dish my mum makes with Turkey. You can also easily make itvegan by using Vegan Quorn Chicken Style Pieces and dairy free cream.
