Pan-fried scallops are definitely a dish to serve either on a special occasion or if you feel like treating yourself. A simple butter and garlic sauce is the classic sauce to serve scallops with, but why not try it with this red wine sauce? Drizzle a bit of the red wine sauce on the plate along with some green.
