Smoked haddock remoulade
Smoked Haddock Remoulade is a French fish starter perfect for any occasion. You'll need smoked haddock, mayonnaise, capers, spring onions and other ingredients to tweak to your likings. Serve with warm toasted bread or on top of lettuce. Decorate your plate with some watercress salad and thinly sliced cucumbers.
