Chicken cacciatore is an authentic Italian stew. It is tomato-based, and uses ingredients such as chicken stock, onions, garlic, fresh tomatoes and your favourite herbs. Don't forget a splash of dry white wine for acidity. Serve immediately with pasta, rice, potatoes, quinoa and much more. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
