Urad dal ke pakode are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, mildly spicy, aromatic and so tasty. Topped with some sesame seeds or til, they has a distinct flavour of their own and is a perfect snacks for family, friends and guests visiting on the auspicious occasion of Diwali.
