We love to celebrate the first night of Hanukkah by serving latkes, and this latkes with gravlax and crème fraîche recipe from Andrew Zimmern are some of our favorites. You can gild the lily and add a dollop of salmon roe, as we do here, or serve them simply with applesauce instead.
