It's no exaggeration that these are The Ultimate Paleo Lemon Bars, but they're also the best lemon bars I've ever had! My mom is also a lemon bar fanatic, so of course I had her try them as well, and she agreed these are the best she's ever had too. They're gluten free, grain free, and of course paleo, (as noted).
