Oi! Oi! Everyone! For today’s recipe, I choose something easy, quick and delicious that everyone loves! Chocolate muffins! Made them yesterday and oh boy, it is soooo good! Okay, mine look like mini muffins only because I didn’t put enough mixture in the first batch! You will need: 125 g Plain flour 25 g Cocoa powder 1 tsp Baking powder 1 Egg 60 g Sugar 2 tbsp Oil 100 ml Milk 100 g Chocolate chips Preheat the oven to 160°C Mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder together in a bowl. Mix the egg, milk, oil and sugar together in a jug. Pour the egg mixture into the bowl and add the chocolate chips. Mix until combined. Fill the mixture into cake cases and put it in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes. The top should crack a bit once it is done. If you make the recipe, please share it with me! I’d love to see it!! Related
