The Reuben Sandwich... corned beef, swiss cheese and sauerkraut on rye bread is just such a wonderful combination. It can be made in 5 minutes! This is a great recipe for when you have leftover corned beef from St. Patrick's day. Thousand Island dressing recipe included.
