I love the holidays for many reasons but especially because of the pie. And anyone who knows me knows that I have had a relationship with pecan pie my entire life. The sad truth, is that I basically only eat it if I am a dinner party because when it is just my hubby and I at home, a whole pie just seems too big for us to finish. Well, not anymore.
