Can we ignore this luscious rustic maple-apple-walnut tart over here for a moment because I feel the need to say that I still can’t get over that this is the first time I made pie crust from scratch!  Can you believe it? Honestly, I always worried making homemade pie crust would fail.  I’ve even had pre-made ready-to-bake brands fail leaving me to stand there...
