Guacamole- refreshing, tangy and creamy. A classic you can bring to any party and watch as guests crowd over the bowl, going back for seconds. I thought this would be the perfect time to showcase a classic green guacamole recipe here given that it's St. Patrick's Day soon. Spring has finally started but as always I feel a little bit ahead, already craving summer types of dishes.
