Silky lotion bars with rose essential oil that moisturize and nourish your skin. I was a bit sceptical when it came to making lotion bars. I had a few store-bought ones in the past, mostly gifts I received, and I never really liked them. I either found the bars to be too soft or too waxy. So when creating my own lotion bar recipe I was extremely picky. I wanted a lotion bar that would leave my skin soft and hydrated but not too oily. I find that when the bar is too soft it gives off too much oil at once and you are left with an uncomfortable oily layer.
