Beat the summer heat with this refreshing tropical inspired smoothie. We have been experiencing a serious heat wave the last couple of days here in Switzerland. The past days have been extremley hot with temperatures up to 35C (95F). It has even gone so far that the government has forbidden bbqs and fireworks due to the risk of fires. With the sun beating down like crazy, I thought it would be the perfect time to share a refreshing and healthy recipe with you. And what better way to enjoy the bounty of fresh summer fruit than with a cold refreshing smoothie?
