As anyone who dines out knows, Creamed Spinach is a staple accompaniment on any steakhouse menu worth its salt.  We love it. (Shout out to Philly’s Butcher & Singer, yet again.)  Here, we offer a gluten free “upgrade”, rather than a mere adaptation.
