Chocolate cinnamon pudding

There's something about chocolate pudding that makes me go weak in the knees. Smooth, rich, sweet, creamy, dreamy chocolate-y goodness. While I appreciate the handiness of those pre-made kinds you can get in the supermarket, and I definitely pilfer one now and then from the teenager's stash, I always end up a little forlorn, because there's just no substitute for the homemade kind. And if you're going to make the homemade kind (and you SHOULD!), you might as well go for the pinnacle of chocolate pudding wonderfulness by adding one of the other best flavors in the whole wide world.
