Ricotta and roasted tomato pizza

Oh, this pizza. It was inspired by one of my all-time favorite appetizers, a roasted tomato and ricotta bruschetta that I can pretty much eat for dinner and be perfectly, blissfully happy. And whenever I feel that way about something, I get an overwhelming urge to transform it into either cupcake or pizza form. (I know, weird.) In this case, I figured a pizza version made a whole lot more sense than a cupcake version, and so voila! Ricotta and roasted tomato pizza.
