A spicy mayo with curry powder, turmeric and a chile powder called gochugaru. This curry flavored condiment can be used on sandwiches, wraps, used as a fry sauce, spread on crab cakes or used as a condiment on tappas or crudités. Only 4 ingredients, comes together in under a minute. If you don't have gochugaru, no problem, substitute for your favorite chile powder.
