Lately, I have been using Flax milk for all my smoothies and I love it. It gives a different flavor which reminds me of a baked dessert. Since then I don’t miss desserts at all. Flax milk is super healthy with only 50 calories per serving. It is dairy free and a perfect choice for nut allergens since it is nut free along with being lactose and soy free. I combined milk and red grapes for the first time and to my surprise it was a hit in my family. There is always a hesitation whether grapes and milk goes
