One word that comes to my mind when I eat Amaranth Soup with Roasted Strawberries is “delicious”. No other word can describe the amazing taste of this dessert recipe. Amaranth has become my recent favorite ancient grain because of its texture and taste and the health benefits. I have always loved the flavor of roasted strawberries and since I have a serious sweet tooth and yet have to stick to healthy diet to maintain my healthy weight I developed a comfort food dessert for all my dessert lover friends.
