How to stick to healthy eating

It’s a task to eat healthy and it’s even a bigger task to stick to healthy eating. Often times we start eating healthy with great enthusiasm which eventually fades away and we go back to uncontrolled junk food that is absolutely unhealthy. As a result we continue feeling guilty and gain tremendous amount of weight and frustrations creeps in us and we think we are not meant to look slim, fit and healthy. But the fact is we missed out on our goal and we were unable to stay on the right track. Here’s how to stick to healthy eating:
