Miyan Kuka is made from dry baobab leaves (fine green powder), a northern Nigeria soup. Also called Luru soup or baobab leaf soup, it is nutrient dense. It is mucilaginous and flavourful. Miyan Kuka is especially good for postpartum mothers due to its high level of protein, vitamin b and folic acid.
