This Moru Curry Recipe is similar to the Tamilnadu style Moru Kuzhambu, but we use coconut oil for tempering, which lends an authentic Kerala taste to the dish. It is mildly spicy, little tangy, goes very well with hot rice and some curry like yam tawa fry, raw banana fry or Onam recipes like beans mezhukkupuratti.
