I try really hard not to cry at work. But a couple weeks ago, I almost started bawling because I learned that my favorite lunch spot had closed. Sometimes the thought of a kale Caesar salad was the only thing that got me through the morning (yes, kale instead of romaine lettuce makes me feel a little better about myself when I’m eating a Caesar salad with lots of dressing and croutons). I felt like crying, but deep inside, I knew it was going to be a positive thing in my life. I’ve been making a really sincere effort to
