Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 cloves Garlic, chopped 2 medium Onions, diced 2 Red Peppers, seeded and small diced ½ cup fresh Basil, chopped 2 tbls chopped fresh Parsley 4 Eggs 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp fresh Black Pepper 2 cups Parmesan, grated 1½ cup Breadcrumbs 3 lbs ground Beef 2 tbls each Worcestershire Sauce & Balsamic Vinegar 1 cup Marinara Sauce (fresh or bottled)
