My THE BEST muffin recipe again! This is the easiest, quickest and very delicious muffin recipe. Very simple ingredients, few steps (actually just mix everything together), no machine needed. Everyone can make it even you are new bakers. This time I make coffee flavour, the muffins are not too sweet, light and fluffy. Perfect muffins for breakfast or tea time. Of course you can adjust the recipe and make different flavours : chocolate, matcha, strawberry....endless creations. Many people already tried my muffin recipes and they all love it!
